Objectives:

1. Explore Change from Different Perspective: Individual, Business and Environment
2. Examine and Understand the Concept of “Transformational Change”
3. Understand the Importance of Attitudes and Mindset in Effective Change
4. Discuss Strategies for Effective Change
5. Discuss pertinent “hot button” Change Issues
6. Share and Learn from the experiences of others

Topics to be Covered:

1. Understanding the Change Process
2. Influencing People to Change
3. Introducing Change
4. Sustaining Change
5. Hot Button Change Issues


Format: Lectures, Case Study, Participant Experience. High level of interaction

Pre-Training Requirement: Participants are expected to prepare a report on a change initiative, either a past or current initiative, describing the actual process of change, and the success of the initiative

Assignment: On a daily basis, participants are required to review their report to include strategies to enhance the success of the current initiative or lessons learnt from the past initiative to guide the success of future change initiatives.

After Care: One call a quarter for six months to check on the progress of the Plan
