The vision of VF Inc is to be the premier consultancy service provider of the Caribbean delivering solutions in a wide range of areas to organizations and individuals in the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and the USA.

The mission of VF Inc is to deliver solutions to the business community and individuals with integrity and excellence to enhance their productivity and performance. The core values of VF Inc are integrity, excellence, transparency, accountability, trust, respect and inclusion.

VF Inc provides consultancy services in the areas of corporate governance, social security, organizational restructuring, performance management, investment management, strategic and human resource management, small business management and training. We also provide special services and programs aimed at the individual focusing on personal development and financial independence.

VF Inc though recently incorporated draws upon the experience of its Principal and CEO, Dr. Valda Frederica Henry. Dr. Henry brings to the company several years of experience delivering solutions to organizations both in the public and private sectors. Her experience includes "Job Evaluation and Grading Exercise" for the Antigua Barbuda Social Security Board, "Preliminary Investigation and Feasibility of the Merger of the Dominica Port Authority and the Airport Services Division of the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica", "Design and Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard for the ABI Bank in Antigua", "Restructuring of the Accounting, Auditing and Benefit Departments of the Antigua-Barbuda Social Security Board", "Impact of Hurricane Ivan on Specific Companies in the Agro Processing Sector for OECS-EDU Office", "Feasibility Study and Design of Unemployment Insurance for the British Virgin Islands Social Security Board", and the "Socio-Economic Impact of the Decline of the Banana Industry in Dominica". She has also designed and delivered several training programs including programs in Human Resource Management for the Coventry Business School in England, Government Business and Society and Principles of Social Security for the University of the West Indies, Supervisory Training for J Astaphan and Company and First Domestic in Dominica and Staff Training in Human Resource, Strategic Management & Finance for the National Bank of Dominica and the Roseau Cooperative Credit Union in Dominica and Supervisory, Performance Appraisal, Visioning and Mission and Accounting for the Antigua-Barbuda Social Security Board.

Valda Frederica Henry, Chief Executive Officer, VF Inc, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holds a PhD in Industrial Relations and Business, focussing on corporate governance, finance and social security, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a BSc in Management. As CEO she is responsible for leading, managing and directing activities in investment management, finance, governance, human resource management, organisational restructuring developing and maintaining strategic alliances. Dr Henry has designed and delivered Investment Management, Management Development, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management and Governance Training Programmes for banks, social security organisations and other companies in the Caribbean. She is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
